"I would like to know if the Scottish government has any property outside of the UK - rental or investment?"

Response

Scottish Government have one leased property outside of the UK. Scottish Government occupy space in Scotland House, Brussels, Belgium under a Memorandum of Terms of Occupations (MOTO) agreement.
