How much by way of performance deductions, were applied to CalMac Ferries Limited by Transport Scotland / Scottish Government in 2022/23 and 2023/24?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested.

Those performance deductions attributable to Contract Year 7 (October 2022 to September 2023) amount to £3,823,825

For Contract Year 8 (October to September 2024) the value to date, December 2023, is £909,857. The level of any performance deductions that may be applicable beyond this date are still to be determined.
